Free standard shipping on every order, to every address in the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia.

Standard shipping costs nothing on any order. Within 2 business days your box is packed and on its way with USPS or UPS, then allow 3 to 7 business days for it to arrive. Deliveries go to the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia. Orders cannot go to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or APO and FPO addresses, or anywhere outside the United States.

What shipping costs
Standard shipping is free on every order we deliver to the contiguous United States. There is no order minimum and no shipping line added at checkout, whether you order one pack of table tennis balls or a cornhole set.
Standard shipping is the only delivery option we offer. We do not sell expedited, overnight or scheduled delivery.
Where we ship
Deliveries go to the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia. Orders cannot go to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or APO and FPO addresses, or anywhere outside the United States.
The checkout form only accepts shipping addresses in the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia. If you need an order sent somewhere else, we are not able to take it at this time.
How fast it leaves
We pack your order and hand it to the carrier within 2 business days of the day you place it. Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting U.S. federal holidays. An order placed on a weekend or a holiday starts its count on the next business day.
A big haul, say a net plus a set of paddles, can be split across a few cartons. Each carton travels on its own, so one may turn up a day or two before the rest.
Delivery times and carriers
Once your order ships, delivery takes 3 to 7 business days by USPS or UPS. Which of the two carries a given box depends on how big and heavy it is and how far it has to go.
Delivery times are the carrier's estimates, not a promised date. Weather, carrier volume and other events outside our control can add time. We do not charge for shipping, so no shipping charge is refunded when a package runs late. A slow box is still our problem to chase, though (see below).
Tracking a package
To follow a package, email support@rocketpandasports.com with your order number and we will send you its tracking number and carrier.
Getting the address right
Please check your shipping address before you place the order. If you spot a mistake, email us right away with your order number and the correct address. We can change the address only before the order has been handed to the carrier.
If a carrier returns a package to us because the address was incomplete or wrong, we will contact you by email to arrange delivery to the right address or a refund of the order.
Late, lost or damaged packages
If something goes wrong on the way to you, email us and include your order number.
- Late: if your package has not arrived 7 business days after it shipped, write to us and we will ask the carrier to trace it.
- Lost: if the carrier confirms a package is lost, we will send a replacement or refund the missing items to the original payment method, whichever you prefer.
- Damaged: if an item arrives damaged, send us a photo of the item and the box within 30 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or refund the item, and you will not pay to send anything back.
