2What we collect

We collect only what you give us through the forms on this site, plus a small amount of technical data.

When you place an order

• your name;
• your email address;
• your phone number, if you choose to give one, used only for questions about that order;
• your shipping address: street address, apartment or suite, city, state and ZIP code;
• the items you order, their quantities and prices, and the order total.

Your card number, expiry date and security code are passed to our payment processor to authorize the payment (see “Payment information” below). We do not ask for a separate billing address, and we do not create customer accounts or passwords.

When you contact us

• through the contact form: your name, your email address, an order number if you choose to give one, the topic you pick and your message;
• by email: your email address and whatever you include in your message and attachments.

Technical data

• Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of each request.
• When you send the contact form, our server holds your IP address in memory for up to 10 minutes to limit repeated sends. It is not stored with your message.
• Your cart is saved in your own browser's local storage, so it is still there when you come back. It holds the product codes and quantities only and is not sent to us until you check out.

We do not collect your date of birth, government ID numbers or any sensitive personal information, and we do not buy information about you from other companies.

3How we use it

We use your information to:

• process, pack, ship and track your order;
• take payment and handle refunds, returns and cancellations;
• reply to your questions and look back at what we already told you;
• prevent fraud and keep the website secure; and
• meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We email you only about your order or a message you sent us. We do not send marketing email, and we do not use your information for advertising or to build a profile of you.

4Payment information

Payments are handled by Woosa Payments (Woosa B.V., KvK 71751513, Zwolle, the Netherlands) in partnership with Adyen N.V., licensed and supervised by De Nederlandsche Bank. When you pay, your card details go to the payment processor, which uses them to authorize and settle the payment under its own privacy notice and the card network rules. We may receive confirmation of the payment and limited details, such as the card type and the last four digits, but we never receive or store your full card number or security code. Every order is a one-time charge, and no card is kept on file for later purchases.

5Who we share it with

We share personal information only with the service providers we need to run the store:

• our payment processor and its partner, to take payment and issue refunds;
• shipping carriers (USPS and UPS), who receive your name and shipping address to deliver your order;
• our email delivery provider, which carries contact form messages and the emails we send you about your order; and
• our website hosting provider, which stores the site and its server logs.

These providers may use your information only to perform their service for us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or reorganization of the business.

Your information is never sold, and it is never handed to anyone for ad targeting.

6Cookies and local storage

We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies or third-party tracking tools. The only thing this site stores in your browser is your cart, in local storage, as described above. You can clear it at any time by emptying your cart or clearing your browser's site data. Because we do not track you across sites, there is nothing for a “Do Not Track” signal to switch off.

7How long we keep it

Order records stay on file while an order ships, through any return, and for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Messages stay while we sort out what you asked about. Server logs roll off after a short period. Anything we no longer need is erased or stripped of the details that identify you.

8How we protect it

The site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, card details go straight to our payment processor, and access to order information is limited to the people who need it to serve you. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

9Your data, your call

Want to see what we have on you, fix it, get a copy or have it erased? Email support@rocketpandasports.com from the address you used with us. We may need to confirm your identity before we act, and we may keep information we are required to keep by law, such as records of a purchase.

Some states give their residents extra privacy rights. We extend the same handling to every customer in the United States, whichever state you are in, and asking never changes how we treat you. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision.

10Age requirement

This store is for adults aged 18 and older, and you must be 18 or older to place an order. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has given us their information, email us and we will delete it.

11When this policy changes

We may update this policy when our practices change. The current version is always on this page, and if we make a significant change we will describe it here. Our Terms of Service explain the other rules for using the site.
